Who we are

Dirty River Poker League ("we", "us") operates this website to publish live poker league schedules, results, and standings, and to run league events.

Information we collect

League participation records. When you play in our events, staff record your name, an optional nickname or alias, your tournament entries, finishes, and points. Optionally, staff may record an email address you provide so you can link an online account to your results.

Account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, and a Google account identifier. We use these only to operate your account. We never receive or store your Google password.

Technical information. Our security logs record IP addresses and sign-in activity. A session cookie is set only when you sign in or use the sign-in page; browsing the public site sets no cookies. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

What we display publicly

Leaderboards and results show an abbreviated name or nickname (for example, "Chris D."), finishes, and points. We do not publish full names, email addresses, or contact details.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your information. We use no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking beyond the security logging described above. The only third party involved in sign-in is Google, under Google's own privacy policy.

Retention

League results are retained as the league's historical record. Security logs are deleted after 90 days. Administrative change logs are retained as the league's audit history. Backups follow the same schedule and are kept on the same server.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct your information, change the name shown publicly, unlink or delete your online account, or remove your email address from league records. Contact us or speak with staff at any event.

Children

This site and our events are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
