The service

Dirty River Poker League provides league schedules, results, standings, and player accounts. The service is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

Accounts

Accounts are personal to you. Sign in only with your own Google account, keep your access to it secure, and do not attempt to access another person's account or league data. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or misrepresent an identity.

League results and scoring

Standings, points, and results are maintained by league staff under the league's published point system. Staff decisions on scoring, corrections, and eligibility are final. Results displayed on this site are the league's record and may be corrected by staff at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to probe, disrupt, or overload the site; not to attempt unauthorized access; not to scrape personal information; and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dirty River Poker League and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, and any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.
